Car-buying day is generally NOT a lot of fun. It's something to be endured, as you hold on tight to your wallet. All that changed for us on April 3 when we did business with Roger Svab at Muller's Woodfield Acura. We had a very good experience, were treated with respect, and had no icky pricing surprises. What's more, Roger and PJ (in Finance) stayed well past closing time so that my daughter could get her new wheels and head back to the city.

My experience with Elite Acura has been nothing short of amazing. Their service department is always friendly and helpful.
Mark Stillwater is hands down the best auto salesman I have dealt with. He made the whole process extremely easily and pleasant when car buying is typically tedious. I can’t say enough how great his communication was throughout. Not to mention his awesome stories and personality. 10/10 recommend.
