This is about service department not the dealership. My advisor was Ms Williams. I will say I’ve been taking my car in fir service since 2017 and this is the first time I’ve had an advisor that seemed to car about me as a customer. I found her to be very polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. You need to give her a $50 gift certificate like my company used to do for superior customer service. It’s probably gone up to $100 now since with my old company. Maybe she can give a training class on customer service.
Steve has now helped my family with 2 vehicles. He will give you all of the details and is a professional sales person.

The staff was courteous, kind, and help me with everything pretty fast. This is my favorite dealership to get my work done on my car.

Mark provided the necessary details for the service and upon discussing further he guided as what's necessary for the upkeep of the car. He then cross checked a loaner as it would take few hours and scheduled the appointment. Upon reaching there, there was no delay in getting docs done. And the car was given back sooner than expected time. All n all - respect for time, guiding the customer - is treasured in such fast pace times.
