Pleasant & no pressure My sales person Steve Victor was very knowledgeable & informative. He was very patient & friendly & answered all my questions. He told me that I could call him if I had any other questions or concerns. We did a test drive & looked over the car to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend Acura of Denville to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
Pre-owned TLX Very easy and painless process. Was quickly able to see and test drive the Acura TLX I sought. Steve was direct and easy to work with. The negotiation was short and sweet, and I was able to close the whole deal and test drive in under an hour. Picked up the car early the next morning and went on my way.
**First Acura for me** As my title says,this is my first Acura and I Love it!! Picked up a Certified Pre-Owned TL.. Never had a luxury car before and figured I couldn't go wrong with an Acura as my first.. Saw the car on their website and then stopped in to look at it and really liked it.. No pressure sales This was the best dealer I have ever been to. No one pounced on me and tried to pressure me into a sale. My salesman, Peter, was there to answer my questions but did not try to push any car on me. He was nice, friendly, and thorough. Mike in the finance department took the time to explain everything to me and was willing to work with my situation. Great place to do business.
New MDX - Great Experience Went out this past weekend looking at new cars for our growing family. There was no need to continue after working with Glenn at Acura of Denville. He put together a deal with incentives to get the lease terms within our budget. It is a family owned dealership and we were welcomed in with open arms. Looking forward to a long relationship.
Good experience buying a used car They were easy to work with and willing to work around my limitations. Steve Victor, the sales rep, was great and informative. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and they readily agreed to fix the non-functioning Bluetooth unit in the car.
