Yesterday at 5pm in very heavy traffic, on Huebner Rd I heard a thud. It felt like an animal ran into my car or tire. I looked around and behind me and pulled over to see that actually a car or truck had grazed my rear panel above the wheel. the car was making a grinding dragging noise now didn't feel safe to drive. Everything went well until it was time to pick up the vehicle. I had two car serviced and spent 3k for all the work in total. They have private rooms for waiting as well as a general waiting area that is clean which complimentary drinks. Bathrooms are clean. Volume in service area tolerable. Attendants were kind although maybe lots of work they seemed in a hurry in the four days consecutively coming for both vehicles as they gave us one loaner car. I was surprised to be low on gas and my tire warning light came on while driving home it is not easy to get warning light off dash and when my friends husband filled up my tire he said I’m going to need 2 new back tires ….

I stopped in the Acura of Denville a couple weeks ago and spoke with Steve quickly. I had 5 minutes and was looking for some basic info. He pointed me in the right direction for car research and then I headed out. A couple weeks later I returned as I promised to buy a car. Steve was wonderful and so informative.
