This was the best experience I ever had when buying a car. Steve Victor, the sales man, was a pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and not high pressure. Steve and Jane, the sales manager, worked with me to get a better deal than I thought I'd get.
Friendly and pleasant atmosphere Other members of our family have worked with Pete Spiro so we made an appointment to meet with him just to "talk" and look at the RDX as a possible purchase in the future. Two hours later after a test drive, spending time with Pete who is delightful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to...... we met Jane who is very pleasant and accommodating, and we leased our RDX!! Great overall experience I went in for a service on my car at the time which was the TL. While waiting, I was browsing the showroom and started looking at the RDX. Michael asked if I was interested in a test drive and I fell in love with the car. From there, the process of getting a trade in value, price of the car and how to take the car home via lease/buy was seamless. My second car from the dealership and will definitely continue going there.

Wonderful and stress free Everyone at dealership was pleasant and courteous. Transaction went smoothly. Negotiated price with Salesperson prior to coming to dealership. Excellent Customer Service Recently leased a 2017 RDX and was assisted by Peter Spiro, who made the experience feel like a walk in the park. Both he & his manager (Jane) were nothing short of professional and courteous. We will definitely continue to go the this Acura dealership in years to come.
2017 Acura MDX Purchase We recently purchased the 2017 Acura MDX and this is my second time working with this dealer. I worked with Peter Spiro on both occasions and he is very customer oriented. Pete doesn't take the approach of making a 'hard-sell' and is open to exploring all options to get the customer to their desired price point. He is very prompt with following-up and I would suggest seeking him out, if you're looking to lease or purchase.
