Had the pleasure of part exchanging my old car and purchasing a new one, David and the team have been extremely helpful and made the whole process seamless.
Not good. Bought Honda cr-v on 11/9/25. Immediately noticed issue with stop/start system showing fault. Garage said they tested battery and battery fine. Took vehicle to protyre in Thetford who gave me printout of issue with battery not charging correctly. Presented this to autoshop who again reiterated no problem with battery. Went back to protyre who this time charged me £92 for full analysis of battery. Battery definitely faulty. They also invited autoshop to contact them.
