I went to toyota weston over 10 days ago this salesman was courteous, knew the cars info, was very nice and answer all my questions. I turned in a 2006 vehicle which there was stll money to b paid and this is the reason i am writing today. First let me tell u that the salesman name is omar and he was great. I took my Scion Tc there for the excessive oil test hoping that Toyota will honor the extended warranty for this particular problem. I was told that I have no excessive oil consumption problem. I have to put 1 quart of oil every 600 miles and they say it's not burning oil. They said that all I need to do is do more oil tests. Well oil tests will never fix this problem. Toyota HQ did not want to help either. I guess that Tc is my last Toyota and AutoNation Toyota Weston will be erased from my list.
My salesman was Karonnie Cooper. The service he provided was exceptional. He was friendly and not pushy at all. I am very satisfied with my 2016 Scion IM. My salesman was Osvel Molina. The service he provided was exceptional. He was friendly and not pushy at all. I am very satisfied with my 2013 Toyota Rav4. I actually went in to purchase a Subaru, but I am glad I ended up changing my mind and going with Toyota. Osvel was also proactive about providing updates on the status of my vehicle, which needed a minor repair. He was understanding and very kind and just in general a very honest man who really wanted to help you find the right car, not just make a sale. Kalie Marsch from corporate was very helpful as well.
