I just went to this location for my first oil change for my new car. I was turned away by the service advisor and the manager from the service department because apparently they needed to get authorization prior to me getting my oil changed. The service advisor even advised me that my car is part of the airbag recall. They knowingly turned me away with a defective car knowing that there is a recall active on this vehicle.
