The worst car dealership ever! Everyone at this place is bad. They won't return my calls or emails to resolve this issues. The dealership ran my credit 10 times to banks without my permission. Terrible customer service. Nobody should buy from here. Al Hendrickson is way better. They treat each client with value and respect.

I have bought 3 cards in this dealership and I never thought that I was going to be discriminated against because this time instead of buying a brand new car like I have done for the past 10 years I wanted a used car for my 19 year old daughter. I was lied to, manipulated, tricked into buying a car that was not what I paid for. Amazing service bought 3 cars from Jerry Velazquez in e com the best customer service I've ever had.
Never go to this place. My wife went there and have strict instructions to call me for anything other than an oil change. I left a message for the customer service,I think Tamara. No call back. I chatted and left my number for a manager to call back, 5 days later, nothing. This place takes advantage of women and over charges.

It puzzles me that a company this size does not come accross with the warranty. I purchased a new Corolla and when I took it to have the windows tinted I realized one of windows was scratched. Despite my complaint and after spending 3 hours at the dealer trying to resolve the situation they refused to replace the window. So my advise is that if u ever buy a vehicle there make sure you inspect the car in detail because otherwise you are in your own.
