Great deal on the car. Phenomenal price due to friends. Customer service was basically non existent. Both the salesman and his assistant failed to return phone calls on several occasions. I was given wrong or false information several times. Neither seemed to care about selling the car. A lot of finger pointing at other associates. A lot of unnecessary annoyances caused by lack of caring on their part. Would not buy a car from them again.
I had a great experience leasing my families 2nd Toyota Camry. The process was seamless, Mok was great and listened to my needs and got me to where I needed to be and Jeremy in financing was very helpful, both were a pleasure to transact with.
I have been leasing from AutoNation Toyota Weston for almost 20 yrs. 'Very happy with my toyotas. The service is very good. But I've continued with service here the last few years mostly because of my service advisor. Yorlian always does a great job, he is very attentive, Professionally friendly, and always goes above and beyond what I've experienced in the past in other places. Also, my salesman Wilson has always helped me get the best deals and has made the process stress free.
This is my 5th Toyota & Victor has been my Service Advisor for years now! I always know my car is as happy as I am when I take my car to Victor & Auto Nation!

I would never buy another car from Autonation Toyota in Weston. After negotiating the deal online, went to the dealer to buy it and the salesman had a different (lower priced) car waiting for me. When we were negotiating the deal online, HE made sure I understood we were agreeing on a specific car by VIN number. When we got there, he had a lower priced version waiting for us. Looked like a "bait and switch" to me.
This weekend I went to Autonation to perform the 25k miles service on my Corolla. I was attended by Alberto Fuenmayor, very nice and kind person. Really good service. Fast and efficient. Thanks for make my Sunday so good not expending a lot of time in the Dealer
