We purchased a brand new Toyota Tundra on April 10, 2016. The salesperson was amazing and went above and beyond. There were monies due ($451.37) for overpayment that the finance person assured us would be mailed out. After following up numerous times and no response. We actually went there and spoke in person (mind you we have about one hour drive each way) - only to be assured that there was a hand written reminder note on his computer and that we would be receiving the check within a week.
