I brought my car in about a week ago because my tire pressure light kept coming on. My car wouldn't be ready for 3 days because they had to order a certain part. Kenneth Evans made sure to do EVERYTHING possible to make me happy. They even provided a rental car, so neither my husband, nor I would be without a vehicle. I couldn't be more satisfied with this transaction. I am so happy to have had Kenneth be the man to help us!! Thank you again!!!! My husband and I are so appreciative!!
We have dealt with Autonation Toyota for many years and they have a top notch sales and maintenaqnce staff. We just purchased a new 2017 Avalon Hybrid and we could not be happier with it. Our Salesman Tyrone and his managers Ralph and Cooper all worked together to meet our needs. Disappointing cust. service. No customer loyalty. Sought out to purchase a Mercedes from dealership (Cash). Upon going to dealership and checking it out initially, was told it had to go through inspection service & cleaning. Followed up with David through many texts and emails. Was continually told it was still being serviced.
