My boyfriend and I were looking where we could but a car for myself and was Recommended to go to AutoNation Toyota Corpus Christi...and I was amazed by the service there. Have always had great customer service with David Gonzales. He contacts me with maintenance issues or if my car will be needed for a longer period. Have always been treated with respect and professionalism when leaving my car to be maintenanced
Dropped truck off at 8 and was told "a couple of hours" for the 5000 mile maintenance. It was finally done at 1300. I asked for a car wash to be included in the service and was told "no problem" Upon retrieval of my truck, was told , "oh, we couldn't wash it because it has a trailer hitch in it". When I asked why they didn't just remove the ball mount, the tech replied. "oh, we don't do that...". Good thing the maintenance was free, because i'd be really upset if I had paid for such poor customer service.
