I've never felt so discriminated against as a women shopper. The salesman JJ and his good for nothing manager did nothing to sell me a vehicle. In fact, JJ told me I needed to make his sales manager in the corner window office happy with my offer. Sorry JJ, it was YOUR job to satisfy the customer NOT your sales manager (sales 101). Friends Never trust AutoNation Toyota!!! I went to get my 5000 mile vehicle check and I told them one of the tires had a nail in it and needed a patch. After a few hours they called me and saying they could not repair it and I needed a new tire. They had one for me for only $260. I told the man no I would not purchase the tire and to just leave tire alone. I drove to Discount Tire today and they looked at it for free and even patched it for free! We had a part go bad on our 2008 Tundra that was still covered under warranty. They took good care of us and repaired our truck in a timely manner. Hands down the best customer service we have ever had.
