AutoNation Corpus Christi "bought" our car July 1, 2016. They were supposed to pay the bank within 30 days as per contract. As of today, day 35 and counting, our bank has had zero contact or payoff from AutoNation. Instead, we are paying on a car we no longer have plus accruing interest. We are a single income family. My husband is active duty military. Is this how AutoNation treats their customers? The military? We contacted the manager that "bought" our car. I bought my Toyota RAV4 last year may 28 2015. My radio/navigation constantly goes off while driving, setting still, leaving a black screen and then restarts like when you start your car. Have had it in the dealership numerous times. They supposedly replaced it and two days after picking it up it started doing the exact same thing. Really don't think they replaced it at all. Apparently if your a woman no one helps you and then no one knows what it takes to change bulbs without a $94.00 charge to even give you info on what it's going to take. I bought my vehicle here in 2010 and won't buy another one from here ever again.
My husband and I took our 2015 Tundra to get its 10,000 mile service, this past Tuesday. Had an appointment at 8:30am and got here 30min early, Nathan Stephens was great, he was able to get our truck in for our service early. He was very nice and professional. Also wanted to say when we bought our truck last year, our sales guy, Spencer Knight was great, no pressure and just let us take our time and test drive. He was great. I recommend both Nathan and Spencer. Thank you AutoNation Toyota!!!

I am always treated well at this establishment. Service writer Art Alaniz and mechanic David Jones are exceptional employees and always go the extra mile to make servicing my Toyota as pleasant an experience as possible. The work is always done right the first time.
