They used to run your vehicle thru the car wash Everytime I'd take it in for maintenance, but now seems like they forget even though I ask the advisor , ordered recall parts let's see how long that takes they told me a week, it's been 2 weeks . I'd rather take it to the dealership in San Antonio, never had problems over there
Professional staff and professional services were done during my visit for regular car maintenance. I had No issues and definitely will be back for continued service on my car.
I have usually had very good service. However my last attempt was very disappointing. I tried for 6 months to get some recall warranty work done and they kept telling me they didn't have the parts available. I finally call customer service at the corporate office who intervened and called the parts department and found that the parts were there and on the shelf with my name on them.
