We jus recently purchased a 1944 Limited Edition Tundra and have had it serviced since we purchased it... only to find that the oil filter has not been changed not once and only to find the guard that is supposed to be attached underneath has been missing since God knows how long.. The Service Department CAN NOT be trusted.. i REPEAT... CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

So I had a appointment at 10am today to get my 60k mile service. I returned to the dealer at 12:20 and they haven't even started!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I am planning on getting a new truck soon, but won't be here!!
