will never do business with these people, when I'm getting ready to head home to get my trade in and one of the sales reps puts another customer in it to test drive it and my sales rep notify him we are buying it and the other sales rep say to me "tuff it's the first person to do the paper work". Management was notified and did nothing
Very disappointing customer service. I should not have to race another customer to buy a vehicle. We were on the lot to pick up plates for another vehicle we recently purchased and saw the truck my husband had been wanting. We test drove the truck, told the sales person we wanted it and another sales person put a customer in the truck to test drive it. When we told him we planned on purchasing it, he was rude and said "tough it's whoever gets the paperwork filled out first." We were almost foolish enough to be repeat custome... read more
