2 hours for an oil change! ONLY an oil change. I had to cancel an appointment.
I had my car serviced for recommended mileage and have a problem with my rear door. Zach at the service department did an awesome job, he was very professional explained everything that was needed. Highly recommend this department.
My service guy Kenneth Evans is the worst. I took my car in to get the AC recharged and because I hit a animal and my car was damaged I was refused my warranty. I get it. They want to get out of any service they can and charge you. Then they gave me a bigger bill than they quoted me. I asked to have it explained and he said it was a misc charge. Amazing experience, no games or BS got 1K more on trade and instead of Mike Shaws 600.00 rebate (rediculous) we got 1400.00!! Jonathan Clark, and his managers Jeff and the others outstanding!!! We closed the whole deal in an hour n half instead of playing stupid games!!👍👍👍
