Nik, Eric and Justin are the most professional and caring service reps I've come across. One of the few dealerships where I see young enthusiastic people with smiles on their faces doing actual work. Great cars, great people. I'd buy another Subaru in a heartbeat from this team!
Justin was my service rep. I came in for a scheduled oil change. I have a 2018 Outback and had some questions about several of the indicators and features of the car. There are so many wonderful features, I needed a refresher. Justin took the time to show me how everything worked. Service took about an hour, which he told me when I came in. The waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating. Soft drinks and coffee are available. Car wash was provided. Very good experience. Will do my future servicing here.
