This was my first purchase with Subaru Hunt Valley. Ours salesmen, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable, communicative along the process, and very helpful. After our purchase we brought the car back in for service to address an issue identified during our test drive. The Service department was also patient and communicative with me about the repair. Professional, thorough and didn't feel like "traditional" agony of new car buying. We went to several car dealers to decide on the car we wanted and found this dealership to be better than usual.

Service Department handled airbag recall. Jermaine Haye was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. Pleasure doing business.
I hate going to dealerships, but Hunt Valley always makes me feel taken care of. I’m away from home and on my own, anything I ask they do no problem. My wiper fluid, tire pressure, check my oil and my tires. They don’t suggest services until I absolutely need it because they know I’m a poor student. They just buffed out a very difficult scratch for me as soon as I asked. Also, my services are always finished much earlier than I think they’ll take or that they estimate.
They were kind, courteous, experienced. They were able to get me in the car that I wanted, and I got it for the price point I was looking for.
