RecommendedI presented my interest in buying a Subaru to 3 dealerships. My email and text communication was my primary negotiating venue. I was very comfortable with Auto Nation. Lance Sullivan and management were very professional and NON pressure. When I scheduled the test drive, I let it be know "don't try to close me" The response I got was "we will help you buy a car not sell you a car". I'm now behind the wheel of a Forester Touring and a very happy camper.

I bought a vehicle over the last weekend and highly express my satisfaction with Subaru Hunt Valley. I went to cars.com to find a rarer vehicle and from the first email from my car salesman Lance, I was impressed. I was never once bothered for a phone number or begged to come in and make a deal. Treated very well in the service department with my previous Subaru. New Subaru -- from the sales rep (Jeff McGroder) to the Subaru sales manager (Jay Danick) to the finance rep (Scott) I had a great, non-pressured experience. I highly recommend this organization and particularly the individuals I mentioned.
I have had my Subaru Impreza serviced at AutoNation for the last three years. Always a pleasant experience and the staff are very accommodating. I also purchased my 2019 Impreza from AutoNation. That was also a great experience.
This review is long overdue. I Purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz E Class Wagon. The car was immaculate. Everything was in great condition and the car was priced well under market value. I also received a competitive price on my trade in. Working with Ty was great. He is responsive and very helpful. He had a majority of paperwork ready to go before I got to the dealership.
