I am very happy with my new Subaru Impreza. The salespeople were friendly without being pushy. I have not bought a new car in about thirty years, and things have changed. Everything was explained to me, as there were man options to choose from. I never felt pressured about making a decision. I used Costco to get the price, so I didn’t need to haggle over the price. This was car buying made easy and comfortable.
I went for a recall on my 2016 cross trek. The staff was friendly and supportive. They explained the part that was being exchanged and why. Someone even answered my questions about how often I should change my break pads and tires. they had fruits, coffee, and tea for customers while they wait. they also offered me a “shuttle” while i waited since i had planned to grocery shop in the hour it would take. they dropped me off 2 miles down the road and gave me a phone number to call when i was ready to be picked up. the driver w... read more
I was stunned and grateful for the quality and generosity of service at AutoNation when I took my 2015 Subaru Impreza in to fix the issue of my key getting stuck in the ignition when I turned my car off. After being quoted a diagnostic fee and then replacing the vehicle shifter plate for a total fee of approximately $400, the fee was waived as a "1 time Goodwill gesture".
