But what I value most was how AutoNation was not at all pushy or aggressive, and that was not my experience at other Subaru dealers in the area. Those are the reasons that I chose AutoNation even though I live in Owings Mills and have a Subaru dealer one mile from my house. I definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for a new car.

Easy telephone maintenance scheduling. Upon arrival Justin was courteous and efficient. Due to unexpected maintenance and a recall repair, Subaru kept my car overnight and gave me a loaner (great marketing tool!). Picked my car up the next day with no hassle and great assistance from Justin.
Absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end. The service attendant was Very friendly and accommodating 10/10- great waiting area with plenty of choices to eat/drink. It was over before I knew it. Would recommend - top notch! 👍🏻💓
I scheduled a recall on my Impreza on February 18. I arrived to the shop and o was greeted that I didn’t have an appointment or I was not in their computer schedule. Thanks to email and I showed them my correspondence with their company. They scheduled me for September instead. I waisted my time and I had to listen to their lies that I was not in their schedule. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Larry Adamski was a very helpful and responsive salesperson. He was knowledgable and made the buying experience a very good one. Auto Nation was good to work with and fair in our negotiations. All good!
Banchi was a fantastic salesperson! This was my best car-buying experience by far. They worked with me to get me exactly the car and options I wanted, and Andrew explained how everything worked. And the Guaranteed Trade-in price really was!
I had a wonderful experience. I don’t speak English well which could have become a problem. They problem solved with me as well as my car, using google translate and calling my friend to thoroughly explain what they were doing. They quickly pinpointed and replaced the failed sensor and even charged me less for the diagnostic fee than originally quoted.
