Recommendedonly been there once for a recall but I was impressed.
JR and Banchi did a great job getting us into our new Outback. The price was thousands better that NY or TX offered. We used the Costco buying plan and the process was effortless on our side. All we needed to do was drive 270 miles from NY upstate to get the car. When we arrived the car was out front ready for us. We did the new car orientation, settled up and we were back on the road! My 3rd Outback is a 2017 but this was my first time to AutoNation for service. I love the place, very clean & comfortable. There was no wait to get started. My service rep, George, & all of the staff I came in contact with answered all of my questions, did nothing that wasn’t on my service list & were wonderful, from now on I will never go anywhere else!
Still haven’t gotten the title to my car that was purchased more than 3 months ago. Literally can’t ever get ahold of anyone there. I don’t recommend them!
I needed a vehicle ASAP. I also knew I wanted a Subaru. The employees at Hunt Valley Subaru were the absolute best. From salesman Large Adamski, to Sales Manager Jay Danick, to the Finance Manager Scott Stiffler. They made the process as painless as possible. I have never had a sale go as smoothly or as expeditiously as this one did. Buying a car in the past has been stressful and time consuming. Great experience with Steven Scott and Paul Gillespie. I purchased a Crosstrek plug-in hybrid which was a special order item. I am also a south-central PA resident and had to travel 35 miles to AutoNation in MD as this car is not yet sold in PA and is not yet available through PA dealers. I also had to wait for the auto to arrive for 5 months, due to limited production at Subaru. Had an awesome experience at AutoNation. Larry searched to find me the right vehicle to meet my specifications and was able to bring one in from another state. He was great to work with and definitely felt like he had my best interest at heart. Scott made the finance process easy and was also a pleasure to work with. All in all I walked away with the perfect car. I'd definitely do business with them again!
