Great sales and service team!
I bought a Ram truck and the engine light came on the very next day. I called them and they told me to take it to a dealership closer to me since I live in Pa. Nate Hollis told me they would cover the charges. I sent him the paperwork over a month ago and all I hear is crickets. The dealership I took it to wanted to charge $400 to fix it but I fixed it myself for $36, I thought they would be happy about that. I would be Leary of buying another vehicle from them. Buying my car at AutoNation Hunt Valley was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Steele, the sales associate who worked with me, was supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. He didn’t even blink an eye when we put booster seats in the car and took my 4 year olds along for the test drive. The entire process was down to earth, and I never felt pressured. We love our new Forester, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
