I was totally satisfied with the work done on my Subaru Forrester. I was taken right away. The work was completed in good time. I got a list of everything that was done and I had some time while waiting to visit my salesperson, Jeff McGroder, best salesman ever.! Also, I love my new car.1

I had some issues with information getting lost on my electronic appointment and waited over 2 hours for my oil change to occur. BUT the manager who was there was exceptionally helpful and compensated my time in an unbelievable fashion.
I just bought a 2005 Subaru L series. It wasn't the car I wanted, but the price and mileage, along with the in-house maintenance records convinced me that this was a great deal. The salesperson was fantastic; she picked me up at the light-rail station near the dealership, let me take a test drive, and I was sold. She was very professional and engaging. No B.S. I am a fan of hers.
A grinding sound led me to believe I had brake issues, so I took my car in on Labor Day. Although the service department was closed, the sales department was open, and Eddie in finance quickly took my information to relay to service the next day (Tuesday). In spite of a long weekend's backlog of repairs, by Tuesday morning my car was in line and inspected by early afternoon. The brakes were replaced, and that evening I was able to pick it up! I love my 2018 Subaru Forester. The salesperson, Ty, was terrific. Very knowledgeable, smart, and helpful. Other AutoNation people were helpful as well ... the finance process went smoothly. They even have a techie specialist who goes over all of the gadgets, features, and buttons on the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
Wanted to test drive a pre-owned Forester, but was presented with a new 2018 and fell in love with it. Our salesman, Johnathan, was very informative and showed us for a few thousand more we could get the brand new model. It took us most of the day, but overall our experience was very nice.
Service shop is great! Appointments run on time, guys are great. I've been twice now and both times I had great service.
