Same old valley motors experience under new name. Such a shame. One day they might learn the concept of actual customer service. P.s. most 5☆ reviews below are current employees
Service department communication is appalling. We are in week 3 of waiting for parts to be ordered with no contact from this dealership.
Every time I have been to Valley motors for my car buying or car service, they have out done themselves. Sylvia, Shady, Dennis, and Angel all have taken care of me and go out of their way to make sure I am completely satisfied. I will be back for all of my future purchases for sure!
They overcharge for there service. Had my oil change for $295 freaking bucks. They SUCK !!!!! Total rip off
