We talked to many dealers and stopped by others, these people were so nice, worked with us to get what we wanted and needed. Josh W is great to work with, and everyone else would check in with you chat, listen. Not once did they try to sell us into something we were not looking for. If you are looking for a car, this place is a must on your list.
car buying experience was easy and without hassle. Cary, their salesman was extremely knowledgeable. Got us exactly the car we wanted at the price we envisioned. Other members of the team, from finance manager to tech person (great touch as most of us old fogies would have problems pairing our phones to vehicle bluetooth without help). All questions answered, everyone professional and pleasant. All in all, an excellent experience.
Received Excellent Service from Josh our internet sales person. Outback was delivered and price was as agreed with his quote. Sales manager and finance person were very friendly. They made the process of buying a car smooth . Would definitely recommend Josh if you are interested in buying a car.
Came in for an oil change. Was told it would be $74 over the phone...which I thought was a little steep, but I had a $25 coupon, so the damage was reduced somewhat. Anyway, I asked them to check one of the tires for a leak, and indeed there was a screw in the tread near the sidewall, so had to get a new tire. I was very satisfied with the service, even though I was not planning to spend over $400 before I got there! All-in-all, they do a very good job at customer satisfaction.

I went to the dealership with what I thought was a simple problem but I walked away very satisfied. Thomas was able to replace a broken piece of a cover with a new cover even though I did not purchase my car at this dealership.
