George Rossi is one of the most childish immature rude and unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with and I believe that if he continues to work the way he does, autonation as a whole will suffer from it.
I love my Nissan Rogue! The process took too long though considering I had picked the car and secured financing before arriving. I'm also disappointed I didn't get a pink license plate 😢 The guys were very attentive and nice. Awful trade in value for my car.
It was a little crowded with little o no parking for my car. I think they were behind even though it was 7am. In spite of that, the service was fast and my ride was on time to take me from and back to work. Good job!

Easy to do business with! I was in and out in 4 hours thanks. Willy Cordero was my online sales agent. He sent me a quote with exactly what I requested. I changed my mind about the vehicle color and type several times. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and took me on 2 test drives. Thanks Willy for an excellent customer experience. Kudos to Pedro in finance to!
Where do I start....... drove to 2hrs to get a car of my dream to get turn down 4hrs later when they could of turn me down the moment we gave them our draft,insurance and etc!!!! The wait was ridiculous.....never again!!!
We bought a used car six weeks ago but just needed the air filter replaced and the gas cap replaced. The service manager said he ordered those on the day we bought the car. For weeks, he didn't return emails and phone calls consistently and kept canceling appointment because the parts were in. The customer service at this dealership from the service manager has made our auto nation experience quite poor.I do not recommend this particular dealership.
