It was a very good experience taking my 2016 Nissan Versa Note SV for an oil change and transmission fluid change. Uber put on alot of miles must keep up with maintenance!

If I could rate this place no stars I would. Horrible customer service. Service workers are clueless and make you waste your time. They don't try to help you to figure things out. They don't document things in your papers. HORRIBLE!!! Never getting another lease from this place again. Go to another automation Nissan.
Was towed to the dealership with a flat tire. I was taken care of immediately! Pedro kept me informed as they worked on getting my tire replaced. I even asked to have an oil change and tire rotation done and they were able to accommodate me! I will definitely return to the dealership!
The service improved. The cashier used to be horrible to me. Yesterday I received a smile and friendly customer service from the cashier ...never a problem with the other workers... thank you for the overall great service yesterday!!!�
Excellent service by Felix Ruiz sales associate and by service manager Octavio Salazar, they made the difference for me.
