I went to Nissan Autonation to see what was available and three hours later, left with a great Nissan Altima 2013 with factory warranty and 3 months bumper to bumper. Albert, the manager and Julio were very honest and helpful. I had bought two other cars at this dealership in the past few years and was ready to haggle again. Really bad customer service. They treat you nice to make you a deal. When the time comes they treat you like shit. They don't give a fuck about the customer. Don't recommend this dealer. Bunch if thefts
Beware of Rafael Marzo, a complete jerk. He kept contradicting himself and was just plain ornery. He said that he couldn't check the computer to see if I fell within the 5 mile radius to use the shuttle service. Finally the manager came to my rescue and I was able to take advantage of the free shuttle service. Another good person was Lisandra who ended up taking care of me since Rafael Marzo disappeared after he found out he was wrong. How do these incompetent people remain employed is a mystery to me.
I took my car in for a check engine light. Randol Villarreal handled everything, including service required for two recalls I had no idea about, as well as a car wash. The car was ready exactly when he told me it would be, and I was checked out within 5 minutes. Flawless experience!
