Adam was so kind and helpful. The wash and vacuum your car with every oil change....sweet deal!!!
I took my car in for a service recall. Although it took a little longer for them to complete the job, I was given a heads up by phone as well as when I arrived. My service representative Adam was great and very concerned about my time and patience. Wayne has a very reassuring demeanor and makes the decisions that must be made before deciding on the vehicle of choice, as painless as possible. We have ALWAYS been satisfied with the end result and have enjoyed several years driving a Nissan......(P.S. - This go-round, we decided on a Murano and love driving this car!)
Good experience just hate dealing with warranties and financing even after paying most in cash that part still takes too long, Basically knew which model I wanted so driving, negotiating, was pretty smooth and quick.
Have serviced my Maxima there for 2 years now and have had excellent service. Everyone has been friendly, prompt, detailed and fair! First was Eloy, now Bobby is my go-to guy!
