Worst service experience of my life this week at Auto Nation Nissan of Marietta, after 5 years of loyalty and 3 cars purchased here its all been pissed away! Farewell Auto Nation Nissan, I won't be back!

You don't find this type of service at dealerships; but here you do, and this is important to me and brings me back each time. I met with C M, the sales rep, twice, and he made sure exactly what my situation was, my transportation needs, and how much I was willing to invest. The manager followed up the first time with a thank you call, and was open to any questions or concerns I might have (not a sales call per se). The staff all seem to cooperate with each other very smoothly, and the atmosphere is cheerful and pleasant. My entire experience purchasing a new Rogue was first-class. 5 stars!
I went to many dealerships looking for the car I wanted. This was the only dealership that didn't try to sell me more or less than I wanted. Adolf found me exactly what I was looking for and actually made buying a car easy. He was 100% upfront and honest about his final price, which was a great one! I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car
I have called the dealership everyday this week to schedule a time to get the recall defect on my leaf fixed and nobody has returned my calls yet, are you guys just trying to save money by hoping i will give up eventually? Very disappointing as up until this point i have never had an issue with customer service.
