These guys are great. My first experience with this location was for my 5,000 mile service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Richard, Service Manager treated me as though I was their only customer. On a scale of 1-10, these guys get a 10!
Stephanie was great. I had made my appointment with Bobby, but he ended up with the day off of my service and called me to see if I would like to see someone else, and I said that would be fine. Stephanie was busy when I arrived and another guy checked me in. When it was time to pay, my total was higher than I was told by the guy that checked me in.
