I'm really tired of waiting 40 mins to get my car service (with an appointment I might add). Who cares if you "technically" have to be checked in my a certain service person... get off your behind and be helpful!!! Horrible customer service!!!
I bought my daughter a 2016 Maxima on Tue Nov 14. The experience was as smooth as could be. Our salesman Pharoe was fantastic! He listened to what we were interested in and the safety features that were important to me. That was instrumental in helping us decide quickly and with confidence and the Maxima that we purchased was the first car that we test drove. I bought my car from them in May I had a problem with it stalling out so I took it back to them they told me that they would charge me for an issue that should have been corrected before I bought the car. They tried to charge me for a air breather hose that should have been replaced before I bought the car so I just went ahead and bought it myself and put it on and they will no longer be getting my business
Great service both by representatives and mechanical personal. Our second car from this Dealership and will return for another.
