This too would be a negative star. I had windshield wipers replaced and a $110 alignment. Both were failed jobs. The wiper flew off! And the car pulled to the right. So I brought it back the next day expecting to be first since they messed up. I was there for 3 HOURS!!!!!! Never again.
The sales people are very friendly very knowledgeable and very professional
Service - in the mornings if you are going to offer a shuttle service there should at least be 2 or more shuttles during prime time. Furthermore, communication on when the car was done was VERY poor. I had to call the dealership and ask if it was done. They told me it was but waiting on wash. Communication on the status would have been greatly appreciated.
I scheduled an appointment with the service area at Autonation Ford to replace an airbag due to recall. The appointment was scheduled for 8 AM on 11/28. I was told it would take half a day and I would be called when the job was complete. I was never called so I called them on the morning of the 29th. They told me it had been ready since the previous day. I had to schedule rides since I was never notified of the readiness of my vehicle. They have a long way to go on their customer service. Jeff Byrum is the guy to go to. He makes things happen.! Very straight forward. Very friendly. I love my suv & got it at a great deal.! LOVE ITTTT.
Had an emergency ignition lock cylinder bust and they had it warrantied out and fixed the same day. Great service
My appointment was for 930am for the works service at 1105 my service tech told me that it would be 25 more min I have had good service from this dealer but the last 2 times it has been bad after the service was done it was 1140 before I got my truck
