Worst customer service I have ever experienced after purchasing a car. All they want is your money, they could care less about the customers experience. Wish I would have known this before I bought my explorer from here. The fact that they are in the wrong and don't wanna make it better makes me even more mad.
I would like to give Ford some recognition for being the most accommodating and considerate dealership my boyfriend and I have encountered in our car buying process. They were so professional and Ford was the only dealership that was able to get us the monthly financing price we could afford on our car.
