I had a very positive experience purchasing my new Ford Explorer. Lance, my salesman, did an excellent job explaining the vehicle's features, options, pricing and available discounts. His follow up service calls were also terrific. I think the most accurate rating would be 4.5. The only thing that could have been a little better was the length of time at the dealership. Rick Davis was excellent. He explained everything very well and emailed us videos about our new car. We have bought three vehicles from AutoNation and we are always treated well!
By far the best dealership experience I have yet to have. I contacted the dealer and dealt with Alek Bennett the entire time. I told him what I wanted and he found me just that in a matter of hours. We had it shipped here from Alabama and everything was very punctual. Unlike any other dealer I've been to he was very on top of things and kept me informed the entire time and for that I couldn't be more appreciative.
