Got help by an awasome sales man, Hector Gonzales. He helped me get a great car for a great price. Was very helpful and made it super easy to find a car for me out of the mass.

I had a great experience at Autonation Ford Jacksonville! Jacob was my salesman and was enjoyable to work with from start to finish! He is great at listening to what you want in a car and making sure that you find it. It was the best experience possible! My finance manager who then helped me out was Christine. We had a great experience buying a car from autonation thanks to Hector Gonzalez. He went above and beyond to address any concerns we had while buying our car and even came in on his day off to get all the paperwork situated. Would highly recommend this dealership
There was an issue with the mechanics not being able to remove lug nuts to change my oil. An error made by the last mechanic who changed it. The staff kept me constantly updated, apologized profusely and discounted my repairs. Good customer service. PS..Loving the new lounge.
Yves, was our sell person. We bought a King Ranch from him. It was a Great experience. He was very professional and helpful. I would ask for him again the next time we purchase a vehicle.
