went for 30,000 mile service, i have af250 super duty so knew it would not be cheap. service tech.said it might be as much as $600 and went over what would be done which included 4 wheel alignment.asked for synthetic oil and got regular oil so had to have them change it. oil change alone was $250 total bill was$636 and i didn't even get the 4 wheel alignment
Service after the sale is nonexistent. Even trying to get return texts or phone calls is frustrating!
I didn't have an appointment and a major problem. They got me in and out in half a day and the problem was $25 not a major expense. They were so courteous and service oriented!
Mike helped us get a great deal on a new Explorer. Mike and the staff did a great job of doing everything they could do. Will definitely continue to shop and refer people.
2 two hour job turned to 6 hour but they can and told me on all up dates ! Service a 5 but the waiting space needs to be clean and the outside is very very dirty! Please clean up trash

3hr oil change . They forgot to put up my skid plate so when Ieft out of the dealership I was dragging all the down the road making a loud noise. Drove back to the dealership and now they have to order me a new one . They took it off for the mean while. So I drive home now 3 1/2 hrs later. They never rotated my tires . Bought a truck in early February and my trade in is still my paid off through the bank it was financed with. This has hurt my credit and after multiple times speaking to the finance department, I was told it was handled. It has now been reported to my credit and the management told me good luck on doing what I felt like I needed to do in pursuing legal advice because he was "enjoying his day off"! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
Service for a car sucks here, 2 1/2hr wait for my appointment of 10:30 oil change. 12:48, still waiting!?! Go somewhere else!!!!!
