2 Stars because I believe the problem was solved but the service department at the Avenues location is terrible. The person my appointment was with was not there when I checked in so I had to go through the entire list of issues again. This is the third time I have been in for the same issue so I chose to wait & be sure it was handled before I left. We had a very enjoyable experience. All of the people we dealt with were very friendly and personable. Even though there was a little issue, they were quick to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.
This entire experience has been the worst I have experienced, from my unethical salesmen (salesman and manager) changing numbers at purchase, to being forced to get some coverage (by the old, black man) I can't use, to unfriendly and unresponsive service people, to trying to have a recall issue resolved (which I am sure these unethical people knew there was an issue), etc.
I have had nothing but 5 star services. Buying a car @ Auto Nation Ford Jacksonville was GREAT!

We would like to commend Autonation of OP, specifically Jerry Learn, after a informative, accommodating and pleasant experience this past week! We were in search of a Lincoln MKX with specific requirements and Jerry attempted to meet our every need. We had not bought a "newer" car for ourselves in 14 years and were not setting. During this time one came available at a different dealership that meet ALL of desires! But we would thank Autonation and Jerry Learn for making our car search a pleasant experience!

Screwed over my military veteran son in law! 200 miles after buying, complete engine failure. No help from Autonation.
*** DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP *** I bought a 05 Expedition from them and a week later (200 miles) the engine blew. The Camshaft had burned so bad that the entire engine needs to be replaced. This issue didn't happen overnight and was present long before I bought the vehicle. It came with no warranty however they refused to help aside from offering me a junk yard engine with 150,000 miles on it for $2,000. Their actions are downright criminal. Total cost to me $6,600 for new car and $5,600 to fix the new car.
