Disappointing customer service every time we have to come here.
Shopped all of the local dealers for a new super duty truck. Ended up getting a nice deal with Gil Allen at Autonation. Love the new F250!
Had a great experience! Went there knowing what I wanted, after doing a lot of research. I was driving my new Escape off the lot in less than 2 hours. Phil Waters was super didn't push, listened to what I wanted and got me what I wanted. Very pleased!
Well tell you what you want to hear when buying a car. But customer service goes right out the window when you sign on the line. 9 cars bought from autonation, there won't be a 10th.
Worst truck buying experience ever !!they sold me a truck with a hole in the oil pan they fixed it with gasket maker to try and hide it luckily i own a shop with a lift and found it !!
Sold me vehicle with bad brakes said the brakes were ok and a bad wheel bearing and I lose pinion in the rear end and said it was safe for me to drive they're con men go anywhere else to buy a vehicle except AutoNation
Took my truck in bc front passenger seat wouldn't recline. Was told I'd need a brand new seat frame for about $700 and that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck used 2 yrs ago. Took it to the dealer in Cocoa I bought it from today and not only was the repair covered under warranty, but the problem was just with the cable connecting the recline lever to the mechanism and not the seat frame being bad. Cost to me: $106 after tax for the warranty deductible. I'll never come here for repa... read more
