DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!!! I took my vehicle for a routine transmission fluid change. I left with my transmission dragging and scrubbing. I took it back to them and their service advisor Stephanie said they must have did something. After they troubleshooted, they determined my torque converter was ruined. The GM would not take ownership and fix it. The technicians will try to BS their way out of it. He wanted me to pay them $2200 to fix it. Scammers and liers!!!

Needed emergency service while I was on the road in my f-350 dually. It was close to quitting time and they got me right in and had me fixed in no time. The service advisor (Laura) was very nice and had me back in service right away. The tech new exactly what to do and I was fixed in amazingly fast time and I didnt ever have to take Brandi out. The price was amazing. Thank You !!!

My experience was one of the best in buying a car. Shawnta Cruz was wonderful from first contact to the finish. Upfront and open communication, no surprises and exemplary service. She was warm and friendly and very professitonal. All in all, if I have to buy again, I know where to go and who to talk to. Even if I have to drive from Orlando again.

So I have to say my experience with the service department at this dealership has been less than stellar. But had to call today with dealership and a call today with Ford and hopefully we'll be able to rectify things and get things turned around.

Bought a car because I had to and it was a very stressful process. The managers were in a meeting for two hours and I couldn't get anything done during that time. After that I had 5 or 6 different people telling me different things, a lot of things they told me just to get me not to walk out. I ended up spending almost 8 hours there, most of the time doing nothing. After the fact I feel like they just wanted to sell me the car and get the score they wanted on the survey.
