They always go above and beyond, my husband and I have used them for each car we have purchased and they make sure to take care of us. Ricardo is one of the best guys to deal with there, he always definitely goes above and beyond which is why we go to him personally for any of our car needs. The manager was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn’t know there was only ONE KEY. The manager said I could PAY THEM TO MAKE ME A 2ND key! I REFUSE to pay THEM to make me another KEY! I’ll pay SOMEONE ELSE to make me a second key! Rick was amazing with handling everything else. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP to anyone.

Very friendly staff, and clean location with lots of options, the gentlemen Terry was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me look at vehicles, while some very generous offers were given I decided to put my car search on hold due to personal reasons. When decide to return, I will definitely request Terry once again as he made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anything. Thanks again!
My husband and I received excellent service from AutoNation Ford last week. We had the unfortunate timing of having to have both our vehicles in the shop at the same time yet our experience couldn't have been more positive. Our service advisor, Laura went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and even personally delivered one of our vehicles back to our home after service was completed. We will be returning to AutoNation Ford for all of our future service.
Jose and Sam are great. They were very patient with us before and after the sale. We went to about 6-7 different car dealers and these 2 are by far the best sales team/people we came across. We couldn't be happier and certainly appreciate them and there hard work! Thanks again guys!
