RecommendedGreat place to shop for a used or new vehicle. We came here looking for a used vehicle and the buying process was quick and straight forward. The sales rep that helped us was named Jerry. I drove out with a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL, but I noticed some vibration issues, brought the vehicle back a day later and they are quick to fix any issues.

RecommendedBeen to AutoNation Ford Jacksonville twice in last 2 weeks. 1st was battery gone dead. That was the problem so they put a new battery in under warranty. 2nd trip in was battery light coming on , so they checked it out and found problem was cable and sensor so they replaced it also under warrenty. The people here (Laura Stevens) are all very nice and would surely come back.
