Recently, I took my vehicle into AutoNation for service and an oil change. The prompt courteous manner of the personal was evident When I arrived and checked in at the Service department. I had trouble with my transmission on my 2012 Ford Focus and it happened instantly. My regular service provider told me to call Ford Autonation, I had my car towed and was afraid of a very high repair bill. They researched it and did all the diagnostics before they repaired it then informed me Ford would repair it free of cost.
