Our truck was towed to AutoNation for a flat tire. The tow truck driver could not get the spare down. We arrived at AutoNation service department 1/2 hour before they closed. Our truck was unloaded and the tow truck left. After about 15 minutes the service department realized they didn't have a special key to release the spare. So I told them to just put on a new tire. They said they couldn't help us because their parts department was closed. So they closed up shop and left us stranded. We ended up having it towed again to g... read more

I needed a new car and only had one day to buy it. Before leaving the house that day, I contacted three dealers by email. Dominic at AutoNation East was the only one to get back to me with a personal email, as opposed to an automated reply from the other dealers. I chose AutoNation for that reason. Once we arrived, with a vehicle in mind, Dominic arranged for a test drive. We purchased that car. No hassle; no hard sell. Thank you for the pleasant car buying experience.
