Would be nice if your wi-fi was functioning. Nobody could help or care to help to reset. In fact the comment I received from a salesperson was itsbeen down for a couple of weeks. Seriously?

We have come to AutoNation Ford East for both used and new cars. On Friday night my husband's 1997 truck (not purchased at ANFE) fell apart on the road in Akron. He was there for work. We live on Cleveland's east side. Beyond repair, we had it towed and collected money from a salvage company. Saw a 2010 Escape on line on their used lot. I had an amazing experience at AutoNation! I was so stressed out about an issue with my car and they made sure I got in right away and made me feel so comfortable! Every staff member I came into contact with was so kind and professional and made sure to get to know me! Erin was so helpful and kind during my time here, she made sure to answer any of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly! I will most definitely be back for any of my auto needs!
I had a wonderful professional experience with this Dealership. The salesman was attentive and well organized. Everyone in the Dealership were welcoming and facilitated the transaction quite smoothly. However, after two days of purchase the vehicle started to have some noise in the rear. I immediately called the salesman and he provided immediate information on how to get the vehicle repaired. This Dealership is highly recommended by me.
