Got a call from Tim Myrick, Sales Representative, early the morning after being at the auto show, inviting us to view and drive a Ford Escape. He had seen our interest from from Auto Show information. Very easy to discuss and he listened to our list of wants and needs. We negotiated very above board and came to a great lease arrangement. All the personnel we dealt with were very friendly and gracious. Now we love our new Ruby Red Ford Escape and would return for other cars in the future.
I appreciate that they took the time and no rushing just to make a sale. All t's were crossed and all I's were dotted. Great customer service all around. The salesperson that sold me a car was great, he didn't want me in a used car anymore he said New for you he made it happen. Thanks Dennis Spagnolo your a gem.
Went to the service center... Paid top dollar for work on brakes. I left and thought all was fine. Then my tire fell off while driving. They told me I needed a wheel bearing only to find out that I did not. They just didnt put the tire on correctly. AAA confirmed that both my back tires were loose. The other shop confirmed I did not need a bearing and that the tire moved because they never secured it. They tried to charge me 800 more for a bearing I didn't need... Thank god no one was hurt.
